#277 - Are You Properly Fatigued or Run Down?

Fatigue is one of the most misunderstood concepts in triathlon. We usually want to carry fatigue, but we don't want to be tired. But how do you know the difference? Today, we look at training fatigue and how to embrace it without getting sick or tired. We also take a deep look into the concept of negative split and how it should play a role in training.
