The last 2-3 months of training for an Ironman can bring a lot of doubt and confusion. You're tired, burned out, and the road seems like it may never end. But it will . . . and the key is understanding how to handle your build, see the light in your Taper, and be ready to leave it on the course for ONE DAY. Today we look at understanding the reasoning behind the build phase and how to best approach your taper and race.
