It\'s time to smash the stigma of loneliness.  We had an epidemic of loneliness before Covid-19, but it seems it \'s taken a pandemic for people to realise the extent of the epidemic.   If you have a story of  how you moved from loneliness to connection, you would like to share, I would love to have you on the podcast.
