How to move from judgement to acceptance in three steps.

Yep, the judgement episode - that I mucked up (but don\'t judge me!).  I could have rerecorded, but thought it apt to leave it the way it was. The steps discussed: 1. Catch your thinking 2. Replace the \'should\' \'word. Try "I notice I\'m feeling...",  "I notice I\'m thinking..." 3. Look objectively at the situation. 4. Send them loving kindness.
