I can almost guarantee if you are listening to this you have experienced Imposter Syndrome. When I first graduated I had this big time! And when I became a mother, and when I first went to Uni. It keeps popping up! It describes the feeling when you are in a situation where you are \\u2018expected\\u2019 to know things and to be able to perform at a particular level when you are not feeling ready for it.
\\nIt\\u2019s that voice that says - you are not good enough.
\\nBut with an attitude of openness and curiosity, your Imposter Syndrome can be your best business ally and help you prevent burnout.
\\nListen to what it is telling you and use that feedback to step into your doubt and fear in a productive and sustainable way.
