Journaling can help you find and connect with your authentic self.
\\nHave you ever felt lost?
\\n
\\nLike me, have you felt that somewhere along the way you took a wrong turn, veered of the path, or just became bamboozled with what life threw at you?
\\nIt can feel like a battle to create your own space in a world that is often driven by consumerism, material success and \'progress\'.
\\nHowever, there is a growing movement of people who know that tapping into personal and universal energy can create a sense of oneness and wholeness that transcends the artificial.
\\nOne way of reconnecting with your authentic self is through writing, or journaling. If you have never tried tapping into the thoughts and emotions inside you in this way, I encourage you to give it a go.
\\nHowever, many people find there is a slight problem with this.
\\nMaybe you have experienced putting aside the time, sitting down to write....and then
\\n....your mind goes blank.
\\nYou know that your mind isn\'t actually blank.  In fact you have 10\'s of 1,000s of thoughts each day.
\\nWhat is probably stopping  you is not getting it right.

\\n

In this episode I touch on how to journal, and bust one of the most common misconception about journaling.

Loneliness often stems from a belief that no-one truely cares or understands you.  To increase connection you start with an authentic and accepting understanding of yourself; then of others; then of a deep appreciation for the natural world.  By embracing your authenticity you invite confidence and calm into you life.

How can you feel more connected?  Join me, Kim Dunn, Psychologist,  as I delve into providing you with practical strategies to help you connect with yourself, others and the natural world.
