Day 4/90

Brene Brown describes connection as "the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.

\\n

You have constant opportunities throughout the day to connect or not connect.

\\n

In here you will find four questions you can ask yourself, and I let you know how I went with them today.
\\n
\\n1. Did you listen to yourself today?

\\n

2. Did you act in accordance with your values?

\\n

3. Did what you do bring you energy, or did it leave you depleted?

\\n

4. Did you judge yourself or others?
