Thank you for joining me on Creating Connection.

\\n

What does connection mean to you?  I see it as the antidote to loneliness that is so prevalent throughout the world. "Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.\\u201d \\u2015 Bren\\xe9 Brown

\\n

To increase connection start with an authentic and accepting understanding of yourself; then of others; then of a deep appreciation for how we are all connected to create positive change in the world.  By embracing your authenticity you invite confidence and calm into you life.

\\n

Using gentle, simple and practical strategies, you CAN strengthen and deepen the connection with yourself, others and the natural world.

\\n

I love hearing your feedback, questions and observations.
