With so much written about connection and finding your authentic self, it can become overwhelming.  My aim is to help you with this gently, and simply.
\\n
\\nYou can deepen connection with yourself and the world around you wherever you are.  In the episode I use my relationship with my cherry tree as an example of everyday mindful connection.

Loneliness often stems from a belief that no-one truely cares or understands you.  To increase connection you start with an authentic and accepting understanding of yourself; then of others; then of a deep appreciation for the natural world.  By embracing your authenticity you invite confidence and calm into you life.
\\nIf this sound a bit overwhelming, it doesn\'t have to be.

\\n

Using gentle, simple and practical strategies  you can strengthen connection with yourself, others and the natural world.
