Managing Stress and Anxiety During Uncertain Times

I know, especially right now, things are uncertain and I am sure it is highetining anxiety and stress for some, if not all, of us. 

In this episode I’ll be talking about how a LOT of ua are feeling at this time of crisis (COVID-19) and how we can cope with our emotions. 

I know a lot of us, myself included, are having so many mixed emotions. Some of us feel lost, overwhelmed, uncertain, stressed out, trapped, cooped up, disappointed, frustrated and annoyed. You are not alone.

I’m giving a few tips and suggestions on HOW to cope with stress and anxiety during this uncertain time that we’re in right now.
