4 Ways to Combat a Bad Body Image Day

In this episode, I'm talking about the 4 ways to combat a bad body image day. 

Let’s face it, we all have them and sometimes it happens more than we’d like to admit. 

SO how do we work through them and realize it’s just a bad day not a bad forever?

 

Instead of letting them completely ruin your day let’s learn how you can combat them

Such as…

Acknowledging your thoughts and feelings

Making yourself more comfortable in the situation ( possibly a little change)

Reminding yourself that you are more than just your body

Learning to find the right support

 

These are very surface level when you just read them but I will go a bit deeper into the true meanings of each one and how you can use them to help combat these “bad” days that do come up from time to time.
