As women, we often feel like our body is "supposed" to be able to perform a certain way for us. Whether it is to have children, whether it is to breastfeed, whether it is to look a certain way. We place these expectations on ourselves and when we are unable to achieve what is expected, we feel as though our body has failed us. In this episode I chat about my feelings of my body failing me throughout my journey and currently as a new mom. I want your take away to be that our bodies and our worth are SO much more than what we assume or what others expect from us.
