In this episode I chat about how I am currently focusing on some new mindset work. When was the last time you reflected on your "I am" statements? Are you ready to challenge yourself a bit and step out of your comfort zone? I struggle with doing things that make me uncomfortable or that I am not good at and mindset work is something I do not feel fully comfortable with yet. I have always heard about the power of affirmations and making "I AM" statements, and lately my "I am" statements are not powerful or uplifting. If anything they bring me down. I find myself saying "I am stressed, I am tired, I am overwhelmed," and I want to work on being intentional about how I go about using words to describe myself.
