So often we get wrapped up in our current diets or the diet trend of the month that we forget how to eat entirely. We then hear the words "intuitive eating" get tossed around throughout the health and fitness world, but what does that mean? If I simply ate intuitively, the entire jar of white chocolate chips would disappear. But what about "mindful eating?" What about taking a few moments to decide how a certain food or meal will make us feel?
