Guided Meditation for Peace in Parenting

I confess. I was a mess recording this meditation. I've been embarrassed to admit I'm not the best mom and I've struggled with using my practice to parent better. There I said it. The hardest part of being a parent and yogi is the guilt and shame of not being good at breathing and using the practice in my home. Resentment is real. This is my way of opening up and claiming freedom from the idea that I need to be perfect...I just need a wish to grow in my parenting so that I can be a better mom and raise mindful human beings.
