In this episode, we are going to have a mindful eating meditation exercise. In which this exercise encourages heightened awareness of your experience with just a simple bite. Since we don't often eat in the slow and mindful way, this practice is a powerful application of mindfulness that will help us to appreciate the experience of eating more enjoyable.
