This year marks 30 years of living with Crohn\'s disease. I was diagnosed with this inflammatory bowel disease (sexy stuff!) when I was 7, and in my twenties, that diagnosis was upgraded to Crohn\'s-colitis. (Overachiever alert!) Today, in honor of Crohn\'s & Colitis Awareness Week (December 1\\u20137), I\'m talking all about my history with IBD and about living with a chronic illness. (Reminder: I\'m not a doctor!
