b'The teen question we answer in this week's video comes from a teenager who can't sleep at night, doesn't want to eat and feels like dying. I did a Skype video call with a friend of mine who's been a youth worker for over 23 years and asked her to share her advice based on her years of experience. She gave a lot of helpful input about teen depression, hurt, pain, and life circumstances. What advice do you have for the teen who asked this question?
