I know what it means to lack, and I know what it means to experience overwhelming abundance. For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things, whether in fullness or in hunger. And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty. Philippians 4:13, TPT So there’s a secret for overcoming all things? Prayer Champions the Voice translations puts it this way, I can be content in any and every situation through the Anointed One who is my power and strength. Voice So then is contentment, learning to be content, or gratified, pleased, comforted, and gladdened, in Christ Jesus the answer? When we pray about the things we must face, the challenges we must confront, the problems we have to solve, and sometimes the crises that occur in our lives, can we be content that God has the situation hand and will help us?  Can we cast those cares on the altar and leave them there?
