Fr. Chris Stanish is facilitating an 8 week long class on prayer using Fr. Mark Toups'\\xa0Oremus: A Guide to Catholic Prayer\\xa0series. This class uses a series of 8 thirty minute video clips which are available from Ascension Press\\xa0in DVD format. Fr. Chris will introduce each study session with opening remarks, and followup with closing remarks at\\xa0the conclusion of the instructional video. This audio podcast contains\\xa0Fr. Chris' commentary on the forms and expressions of prayer, with a break at about the 21 minute mark for Fr. Mark's video which describes what to do before you pray.
