Despite warnings from Greene and legal, Benton informs the boy's grandfather.

Shep is still reeling from the loss of Raul, which can be felt by all in the ER. Lewis can barely keep her cool when Chloe demands to see Little Susie, while Carol and Jeanie continue bashing heads on the hospital floor.
