b'Rav Carmelis the Rabbinical Dean of the Eretz Hemdah Institute for Advanced Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, the premier institution for training young rabbis to prepare for Israeli Rabbinate\\u2019s rigorous Yadin Yadin examinations.
