Maggie Lourdes joins us to discuss her new book Butterfly Angels: Aug and Lucy’s Journey. It follows the journey of a scrappy angel named Augustine who takes on prejudice, discrimination, and LGBTQIA+ rights in a timeless story of good vs. evil. 

Maggie is an author, teacher, lawyer, and sits on the Pride Team board at the community college where she teaches. She believes things have to move forward to a better place - a truthful place -  where LGBTQ people are recognized as equal in the eyes of God.
