This is Write It Down! I’m your host Posie Lewis, presenting you with a storytelling space to hear original written works read aloud by their authors. Featuring my own writing and pieces submitted by listeners all across the country, our show brings voices to the airwaves that share creative insight into the world around us. Do YOU have a story to tell? Write it down and tell us about your most jarring experience, a letter to your past or future self, the time you learned how to say “I’m sorry”, a question you don’t know the answer to, the last truly beautiful thing you’ve seen — whatever takes us inside your mind at work. We’re looking for diverse and insightful voices sharing writing in the form of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry and spoken-word.
