If we\\u2019re prepared, we really set the stage for them to feel like they are succeeding and we also set them up for success. If we aren\\u2019t prepared, we\\u2019re communicating that it\\u2019s not all that important to come to rehearsal prepared, and we\\u2019re requiring more of them for all of us to be able to succeed.
