#15 - Imposter Syndrome in Engineering

Have you ever felt like a fraud? The reality of imposter syndrome is that it exist in many individuals from all walks of life. Unless an individual possesses infinite confidence or is able to remove themselves from social anxiety, people often deal with imposter syndrome for the majority of their life. This syndrome is not unique to a certain type of demographic but rather it is prevalent in students and those who are working the corporate ladder in their careers.Although dealing with these internal conflicts may be self debilitating, there are many solutions that students and entry level professionals can apply to elevate the frustration and pain.
