Digital Assistants are ready to disrupt HR now, automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are already being leverage by companies to improve the hiring process as well as the overall HR experience. But, how far away are we from being able to use these tools to make decisions on hiring, firing and promotions?

Why is company swag treated like gold in so many companies? Why do we get a shirt and other cool branded items when we start a company but have to beg for them after we get the job? 

The people we are hiring have more information that ever before. They are more sophisticated and are asking different questions and they have different expectations than in the past. But, what are you doing to adjust your hiring processes and your on boarding process to accommodate these new workers?
