The Hunchback of the Synagogue Meets Jesus

In this passage Jesus shows concern for a woman who was suffering. Jesus sees her, he calls her to come to him, he lays his hands on her and Jesus heals her. The woman\\u2019s response to being healed by Jesus is to glorify God. In this passage we also find a religious man who is so angry with Jesus for healing the woman on the Sabbath that instead of joining her in glorifying God the man tries to send people away. This passage displays Jesus\\u2019 heart for suffering people and shows us how to and how not to respond to God\\u2019s grace.
