When we see or hear something amazing our eyes focus on it, our ears hone in on it. If what we see and hear is especially amazing, wonderful, or awesome we will tell others and invite them to come see and hear. This is what the psalmist does in Psalm 66. He invites everyone to come and see what God has done, to come and hear about the awesome God who saves and to respond by joining him in worshiping God. This psalm serves as a great example for Christians to follow, for we have also seen and heard and now we are to tell others. We are to invite everyone to come see and hear about what God has done and to join us in worshiping our awesome God who saves.
