On the show, Terry discusses her journey as a patient advocate and a problem solver. Terry also discussed the\\xa0lessons she learned earlier\\xa0in her career, including, \\u201cIt\\u2019s nice to be important but it\\u2019s more important to be nice."\\xa0Her advice to others who want to be an agent for change in their companies was to talk to people directly, always be present in your conversations, and be sure to keep your ego out of everything you do.
