Bright Morning Meditation - Restlessness

Welcome many are still up it's late and you feel restlessness in your body, you are stressed, overwhelmed, even in a state of confusion with everything that's taking place around the world. Our life has been changed and things are no longer going to be the same after the dust clears but there is hope, peace and the light that outshines in the darkness that we can turn to God in prayer. This morning meditation is for the restlessness to unwind and relax so that you can get a goods night's sleep.
