Sierra Zeiter has always wanted to be a winemaker.\\xa0 She appreciated the science of winemaking, but more importantly, she enjoyed the experience of enjoying wine with friends and family.\\xa0 For her, it means that time slows down and is savored. \\xa0
Today we talk about the process of winemaking and that it's less glamorous than it seems.\\xa0 During the harvest season, you can find Sierra cleaning out barrels, hauling 50 lb bags\\xa0 of cleaning solution and pulling hoses.\\xa0 It's hard work, long hours and very physically demanding.\\xa0 She wouldn't have it any other way. \\xa0
