b'Taneice Chavers was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. She is a business entrepreneur, real estate investor, and author. She is the owner of Shear Bliss Hair Lounge & Spa in West Orange, NJ, a salon and spa that she created to cater to women suffering from hair loss. Taneice has also been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine for the vision and work she does at Shear Bliss.\\xa0Having a full-time job since the age of 14, Taneice has always been a hard worker determined to not allow her environment to limit her chances of being successful. ----more----She always knew at an early age she wanted to be an entrepreneur, but after losing her hair from a chemical treatment while in college, it was then she decided she wanted to own a salon and spa to help women with hair loss. She graduated from high school a year early at the age of 16, and with a full academic scholarship, went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kean University. While in college she successfully obtained her real estate license from Weichert Realtors and after graduating in 2006 from Kean, she went on to get her cosmetology license from Empire Beauty School.\\xa0\\n"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest." - Benjamin Franklin\\nMeet\\xa0Taneice Chavers\\xa0\\nTaneice has faced much adversity in life from having to file bankruptcy to getting custody of her sister at the age of 24 years old. In her debut, she opens up about being raised by her grandmother, having little to start with, growing her faith and relationship with GOD, and ultimately build a business with limited resources. Her goal is to help others like herself to gain insight on how to fight through the beginning stages of a new venture, keep going no matter what, and believe in GOD to make it happen despite the obstacles sure to come.
