Annette Thomas, crossed the waters from India to America and began to navigate life in a whole new world. Third world challenges are everyday realities until you learn that not everyone lives that way. But with that comes new challenges, 1st world challenges. Her struggles with God and Christianity are shaped by her cultural past and understandiing of "walking with God." The answer, however, as with most things is a dose of gratitude. This Thanksgiving is about tapping into what we\'re thankful for and knowing we always have a safe place to flounder.
