I am a creature of habit. At least, I try to be. I quickly came to realize during the pandemic that routines are life changing. In the morning, they can set the tone for the rest of your day and, at night, they can prepare you to leave the stressors of the day behind you and help you achieve (hopefully) a full\\xa0night\'s\\xa0sleep.
