We are on Day 1876 of our Trek, and it’s time to explore another nugget of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote and some wise words from Gramps for today’s trek. If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become more healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:

So many people have dreams, ambitions, plans, and goals, but they never wake up from their dream to achieve their desires. There are always excuses or hindrances where they are hesitant to begin. Usually, the real reason for not beginning, is fear that they may fail. This procrastination may even be an unconscious fear that they just make up excuses instead of taking that first step towards their goal. Without realizing it, a person who does this will automatically fail because they never take action on their dreams and ambitions. While everyone will look back and see how wiser decisions could have been made, those who are successful can briefly look back with the realization that they may need to adjust course slightly, but they continue to move forward. Don’t risk looking back a year from now and regretting that you never started. Start today, and even if you fail or have to make significant course corrections, you will see how far you have come and the beautiful lessons you have learned.
