Day 186 – 10 Habits to Create a Better Day, Every Day

Get up 30 minutes before your usual time and take the first half hour for yourself. Once you get busy and into the day, there never seems to be the time for yourself. Take this time to plan to get the most from the day. Start by making this a habit each day and reserve this time for you. For this season of life, I get up at 5:30 each morning so that I can be dressed and ready to exercise at about 5:45. I spend about 70 minutes exercising, most of which is running on the treadmill.
