Welcome to Day 1721 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me.This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to WisdomUnencumbered – Daily WisdomWelcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps. We are on Day 1721 of our Trek, and it’s time to explore another nugget of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote along with some wise words from Gramps for today’s trek. Wisdom is the final frontier in gaining true knowledge. We are on a daily trek to create a legacy of wisdom, seek out discernment and insights, and boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before.
Hello, my friend; this is Gramps. Thanks for coming along on today’s trek as we increase Wisdom and Create a Living Legacy. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs%2016%3A16andversion=NLT (Proverbs 16:16) How much better to get wisdom than gold, and sound judgment than silver! If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become more healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:
Today’s quote is from Ymber Delecto, and it is: A healthy body and soul come from an unencumbered mind and body.
Unencumbered
There is increasing evidence that a healthy body and soul comes from people at peace with themselves, others, and God. Unfortunately, all too often, we allow the challenges and pressures from life to choke our minds with worry and fretting, which sucks our life from us and robs us of the simple joys of life. When we can free our minds from these thoughts, and allow the peace of God to invade our minds, that we can unencumber ourselves from them. We need to take off the shackles of the past and become free so that we can enjoy the joys of today and the bright hope for tomorrow. Become healthy in both mind and soul by letting go of that which you have no control over.

“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
