E91: Nature and Expectations

We're back today with some observations about how nature can help remind us to be present and to reduce the stresses we place onto ourselves with expectations. I mention Eckhart Tolle's book The Power of Now, and how remembering to breathe can help reduce the physiological stresses generated when what we're experiencing doesn't match what we hoped, anticipated or planned for.
