E39: Benefits of disconnecting

Today's episode starts with an update on my 5-months-and-counting social media detox disconnect. I was inspired to share some of the benefits you may experience turning off your phone for a set time to focus elsewhere, choosing to spend an hour, day or longer disconnecting from media sources or social media, and what you may notice disconnecting from an urban environment to get out in nature for a afternoon, day, weekend or longer trip.
