I'm celebrating the entry to triple-digit numbers with an episode sharing my thoughts about how we can all be an inspiration to someone else. Wherever you are at in your life situation, job title, relationship status, athletic achievements, education, business savvy and all other avenues or situations in life, you're an inspiration to someone else. There's someone out there wondering if they could make the change(s) you made... and we all have an opportunity to assist others who are where we used to be. 

Also, whatever situation you've left in your life takes courage, and it's important to acknowledge and appreciate it. Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, whichever thing you've left in the past, I appreciate your willingness to embrace the discomfort of leaving something familiar to experience what other possibilities exist.
