Psalms: Introduction To The Prophetic Psalms: Psalm 102

In this lesson, we continue our examining of the Psalms to those from the lesser-known, prophetic point-of-view.  We begin with Psalm 102 and its prophetic application to the key end-time milestone, the reconstituted nation of Israel of today, after 2,000 years of exile.

As your instructor, I want you to be assured that I am decidedly not a date-setter of the Rapture of the church nor the Second coming of Jesus at the end of the Tribulation period.  What I am fully convinced of is that prophecy is intrinsically built-in to the Scriptures end-to-end, and that prophecy is like a “clockwork” that keeps perfect time for us of the past as well as yet future events in great detail. To unlock this treasure of information, we must use this key:  All of Scripture relates God’s plan for the age and His purposes, and ISRAEL - the Biblical nation and its people - are the master "timepiece".

Let's continue to use all of the the Scriptures, including the Psalms, to help us - those alive right now, the final generation Jesus spoke of at the very end of this age - to watch for and anticipate the seasons and situations that mark the times in which all shall be fulfilled!
