The saddest part of life is that most times we don\\u2019t know what is best for us, good for us, useful to us, needed for us, meaningful in life, and essential in life. Only God truly knows and desires these things for us. \\xa0

We need to know that God the Father is the giver. We also need to understand His Gift.

The Gift of God is:
* a \\u201cWho\\u201d not a what *unearned and unmerited\\xa0
* for everyone, regardless of background, gender, race, social status, age, and degree of sin
* given by grace and received through faith in Jesus.\\xa0

Meditate on the following scriptures:

John 4:10 \\u2013 Jesus answered her, \\u201cIf you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.\\u201d

2 Corinthians 9:15 \\u2013 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift

James 1:17 \\u2013 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
