Prayer can be challenging for many. The Lord gives his disciples and us a simple way to pray to to the Father. We pray to the Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit, In Jesus name.  There are many elements of prayer, which include Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. The handy acronym ACTS helps us to remember this also. Pray more and pray often. Pray more. Worry Less.
