Having established that prayer is all about a relationship with God (Father, Son & Spirit), and not about religion, we need consider two aspects of that relationship: depending on and delighting in God. This week, we will look at Psalm 32 and the second half of the Lord’s Prayer to think through our dependence on God and how it defines our prayers. We’re often tempted to pray for things that will reduce our dependence on God, but in many ways we should be praying for a greater dependence. So, we’ll think broadly about the ways we depend on God and how it defines a healthy relationship with him.
