Like most all of you, I watched the events that unfolded in Washington DC on Wednesday. I’ve prayed and wondered about how we as Faith Lutheran and I as your pastor should respond. Today’s message is going to look at the problem of sin and God’s remedy for sin. I’ll also tell you what I think it means to “stand in the gap,” and at least one way we can work toward unity and peace. May the words of my mouth and meditations of my heart be acceptable to You, O God, my Rock and my Redeemer. Amen.
