Hey Vera-Lee,
Your podcast and mission are amazing! I had such a great time being a guest and talking 1-on-1 with you! I apologies for being nervous, this was my first video call and podcast, wooohooooo – I’m very happy, thank you so much!

We are given what we can handle in this life! I think of this as a test, and the answers are displayed in strife, pain, discipline, kindness, and strength – we’re going to pass this test…and in the end we’ll finally know that it was all an illusion. (God developed an amazing game for us angels - called life, we chose two of the strongest warriors as avatars to live as – we knew what we were getting ourselves into…we are playing on a very challenging mode!)

I confused us, my bad! I was prepping to wake at 4 am, my time, and I had just got into bed to get as much sleep as possible. As mentioned, this was my first zoom – I was unaware you would be notified when I clicked on the link. This could not have worked out any better, thank you!

I fell in the bathroom this morning – rather than feeling defeated, sad, and saying “Why Me?” I tried your method and let go of all negative emotion, focusing on accepting necessary help and immediately driving calm effort and energy to getting up! Wow, this “Vera-Lee Meditation” is the answer to find strength in those extra challenging moments!
