Bio of guest: 

Dr. Christina Edmondson is an expert on mental health, the Dean of Intercultural Studies at Calvin University, and holds a PhD in Counseling and Psychology from Tennessee State University. She’s also a host on Truth’s Table, a popular podcast for black women.
