The bible is clear on what godly leaders looks like. God's template for good leaders is the best model that we need to follow. If we don't know what God expects from his leaders, we run the risk of being deceived and subsequently very hurt and bitterly disappointed.
Other professional establishments have clear guidelines pertaining to what is required by their employees, especially those in senior positions. How much more so for those in positions of authority and influence in the body of Christ?
No leader is perfect, but God does hold leaders to a much higher standard than others in the church and so should we.
