A native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Francine Lida Stone\\xa0now divides her time between Pennsylvania and Oxfordshire, England. Francine is the granddaughter of the founder of the David Library of the American Revolution, Sol Feinstone, and the daughter of the Library\\u2019s first president and director, Ezra Stone. She serves as vice president of the board of the David Library.\\xa0
Francine holds a BA from Harvard University, a MA from University of London in English Literature, and a PhD\\xa0in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies from University of Manchester.
